PE and Swimming

Our children have Physical Education lessons twice a week. We also have after school sports clubs for Keystages 1 and 2. You can download our sports premium funding plan by following the link at the foot of this page.

Government Guidance on the PE and Sports Premium Funding for Primary Schools

For the health and safety of the children, we ask that during PE lessons Jewellery, i.e. watches, rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces etc. (including jewellery worn through the ears, nose, eyebrows, lips and other exposed areas of the body) should not be worn in PE lessons. Belts with metal buckles should not be worn and long hair should be secured, as appropriate to the activity.

If the situation cannot be made safe, the pupil(s) concerned cannot actively participate.
